At this time we are not initiating any refunds. You may exchange or receive a store credit for your item(s) within 7 days of fulfillment. If your order was shipped/pickup, you must email us to initiate an exchange/store credit within 3 days upon receiving your order. The customer is required to pay the return shipping fee. Note: We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. All exchanges/returned items must be in brand new, unworn conditions, free of pet hair, perfume, smoke & deodorant. Once we receive your order, we will inspect items and issue a store credit based upon look-over. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale items are FINAL sales and cannot be returned.
